Bridge over frozen water

I took this picture obviously during the snowy period around here. This is a small pedestrian bridge over a frozen canal just around our neighborhood. I kinda like the dramatic effect of the ice covered wooden bridge, with the white frozen trees in the background. Quiet and serene.

K and I are fortunate to be living at a housing area which has a bit of nature in the "backyard". I'll be posting more pictures from the neighborhood which will give a better impression of this lovely area just around our house :).
